Add minced dried shrimp and shredded preserved radish, stir-fry until fragrant. 6. Add glutinous rice and stir-fry briefly until well combined. 7. Add an appropriate amount of fine salt. 8. Remove the stir-fried glutinous rice from the wok and let it cool. Set aside. 9. Take a piece of bamboo leaf and fold it as shown in the diagram. 10. Add an appropriate amount of glutinous rice and garlic cloves. 11. Add peanuts, shiitake mushrooms, and pork slices.12. Add an appropriate amount of glutinous rice. 13. Fold and press to prevent rice from leaking, then tie securely with binding leaves. 14. Divide the tied raw zongzi into groups of four or five. 15. Place them in a soup pot and add enough water to submerge the zongzi completely. 16. Cook in the soup pot for one and a half hours, then remove, drain, and allow to cool before serving. 17. The delicious Cantonese-style assorted savory zongzi is now complete.
